TestFort Turns 22 — Here Is How We’re Celebrating
Back in 2001, there was a small group of QA engineers who worked together to launch a testing company and help other companies improve the quality of their software products. 22 years later, TestFort is now a team of 160+ talented employees who have completed hundreds of testing projects and contributed to the quality assurance of some of the most popular software products in many fields.
It seems like only a month or two ago, we were celebrating our 21st anniversary, which, in reality, happened precisely a year ago. This is due to the fact that while 2022 was one of the most challenging ones in TestFort’s history, we have managed to not only retain our staff and our projects but also to invite new specialists on board and work on fresh and exciting projects. Over the year, we have learned how to successfully navigate this new reality while taking care of risks we didn’t even know existed yet.
We are proud to say that throughout these two decades, our employees have remained our top priority. We are committed to being a workplace that allows them to express themselves, apply their skills where they truly matter, and achieve the perfect work/life balance. Having helped many of our employees in new and unexpected ways, including helping them and their families relocate to safety in 2022, we have come to appreciate our team even more.
For obvious reasons, there is not going to be a lavish anniversary celebration this year. Instead, we are planning a pizza party for all employees, even remote ones, in all three of our Ukrainian offices — in Lviv, Cherkasy, and Kharkiv — to finally see each other in person after over a year of only meeting online.
We at TestFort are looking forward to celebrating every new anniversary with our growing team and with our clients, who continue trusting us with their projects year after year.
