With much care about the customer, Michelin created a useful feature — Tire Rotation Reminder. Customer receives alerts whenever the tire needs to be rotated. During rotation, each tire and wheel is removed from your vehicle and moved to a different position to ensure that all tires wear evenly and last longer.

Challenge

TestFort team had to make sure Michelin Tire Rotation Reminder feature works perfectly to let users know when they need to change their tires. Ideally, tires should be rotated every six months or 6,000 to 8,000 miles.

Solution

TestFort team performed Functional, System, Compatibility, Usability, and Performance testing to ensure the impeccable quality of the implemented feature. We used FireBug for Quality Assurance process, and spent approximately 320 hours on testing.
