TestFort, one of the leading software testing and QA company in Ukraine is expanding its business development and marketing team.
The Sales Representative will be in charge of nurturing new accounts, actively find new prospects via different channels, follow the qualified leads from through all stages of the sales pipeline, and effectively close deals.
This person will be responsible only for the sales function without further client account management.
- Proactively build sales through inbound lead prospecting
- Develop and close qualified opportunities while maintaining a strong margin
- Engage prospective customers via all channels (phone, email, Linkedin, leads generated by marketing)
- Achieve all performance-based quotas and KPI’s in prospects, leads, and contracts
- Maintain and Expand database of prospects
- Develop and grow key relationships with enterprise-level clients
- Properly document all activity in the company CRM tool
- Provide consistent feedback to and collaborate closely with the marketing team
- Understanding the technology and business of QA and testing outsourcing services
- Experience of working in IT for EU/US market (at least 2 years)
- Proficient written and spoken English
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, strong relationship builder
- Result-driven, fast learner, and able to manage time effectively
